The driver of rock mucking loader must first confirm that there is no one on both sides and no other equipment, and give the assistant driver a clear warning.
Before the tunnel mucking machine can be operated. Drivers should be proficient in loading and unloading, three accurate, four attention, five strict prohibitions and six no loading.
Three Accuracy: the bucket landing, withdrawing and unloading (the bucket height must be lowered as far as possible, and the bucket must be reset after unloading) and pulling the cylinder to move smoothly and accurately.
Four Attentions: Attention to the people around; Attention not to collide with the bracket; Attention to the machine not to piezoelectric cable; Attention to the unexploded explosive detonator in the rock pile.
Five strict prohibitions: forbidden to dig ditches with buckets; forbidden to push or pull heavy objects or mine trucks when buckets stand side by side; forbidden to use buckets to collide with large unexploded rocks; forbidden to use side unloaders frequently to topple rocks when there is no mine truck; forbidden to work under buckets when buckets are lifted without reliable supports.
Six no installation: gangue more than 80 cm is not installed; machine is not installed with disease; unloading distance greater than 10 meters is not installed; no installation without lighting; no installation without monitoring cable; roof and support are not installed safely.
