High temperature, high pressure and certain substances, such as copper, zinc, aluminum, will accelerate the softening process. After softening, the acid value of the medium increases, and the corrosiveness increases, and the viscous substances generated by the oxidation will block the holes and gaps of the components and affect the normal operation of the system. Therefore, the working medium is required to have good oxidation resistance.
4. Shear stability is good. When the mucking loading machine working medium passes through the pump, valve, and microporous element, it must be subjected to severe shear. This mechanical action will cause the viscosity of the medium to change in two forms, that is to say, the temporary viscosity loss at high shear speeds and the increase in polymerizable polymer molecules will cause the viscosity of the hydraulic fluid of the electric rock loader to decrease. After the viscosity is reduced to a certain degree, it can no longer be used, so the shear stability of the working medium is required to be good.
