Operational Code for Maintenance of Rock Loader

Rock loader plays a very important role in coal mine mining. It can help builders to load and unload rocks and save a lot of human resources. Just as people will get sick, machinery may break down. So how can we standardize the maintenance of rock loader? I have sorted out the following aspects for you.

(1) Inspection, disassembly and maintenance must be carried out in accordance with maintenance operation standards.

(2) Users who use vacuum contactors and solid-state relays should contact the manufacturer before using them and send special personnel to receive regular training.

(3) When using the vacuum contactor, it is necessary to check the failure of resistance-capacitance protection and the three-phase synchronization every month so as to avoid burning out the motor.

(4) Vaseline oil should be coated on all explosion-proof surfaces and all explosion-proof button boxes before the machine goes down.

(5) When adjusting the working pressure of the system, attention should be paid to the reading of the pressure gauge. If the pressure is not right, the locking nut of the safety relief valve should be loosened and adjusted clockwise or counterclockwise.

(6) When working normally, the pressure gauge must be closed to avoid breaking the pressure gauge.

(7) When filling the hydraulic oil, the filling port should be cleaned first, and then the oil should be refueled through the filter.

(8) Chromium-plated parts of cylinder piston rod, multi-way reversing valve and pump surface should be regularly scrubbed and kept clean.
