Related Inspection Of The Motor Before The Operation Of The Rock Loader

Today, I will introduce the inspection and positive and negative adjustment of the wiring of the motor before the operation of the rock loader.

1. First check the wiring of the motor and control transformer: When the voltage is 660V, the motor should adopt the △ type wiring: When the power supply is 1140V, the Y type wiring should be used: the terminal of the transformer is also adjusted to the 660V or 1140V position. If the power supply is 1140V, the control transformer or motor incorrectly presses the 660V wiring. Starting the machine will cause serious damage to the equipment.

2. Check the oil pump motor steering: from the rear of the oil pump motor, the fan steering should be clockwise. When the oil pump motor turns to the opposite direction, it should be stopped immediately to prevent the oil pump from damaging the dry grinding. Turn on the motor junction box and change any two phases of the three-phase motor input to change the motor steering.

3. Check the direction of rotation of the traveling motor: Move the handle of the main switch forward, and the machine should go straight ahead. If the machine goes straight back, it means that the two motors are connected in reverse; if the machine turns forward, the motor inside the machine turns reverse; open the motor junction box and change the wiring phase.

4. During normal continuous construction, the shift of the oil pump motor should be checked for each shift: if it is reversed, simply reverse the magnetic actuator handle to make the motor rotate forward.
