Matters Needing Attention Of Tunnel Mucking Machine

The following regulations must be observed when moving the position of the rock mucking loader:

1) It is forbidden to use the rock mucking loader's own winch to move the tunnel mucking machine. Use human trolleys in the alleys, and use the winch to move the tunnel mucking machine on the slopes.

2) When manually moving the bucket rake, follow the provisions of Article 362 of the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines". Manpower carts are only allowed in flat lanes, and carts on both sides are strictly prohibited.

3) When the winch pulls the tunnel mucking machine, the connecting device must be safe and reliable, and strictly abide by the relevant regulations of the winch hoisting. The handling of the lower road mucking loading machine shall be implemented in accordance with the "Safety Measures for Handling the Lower Road Vehicle".

The distance between the mucking loading machine and the moraine head is not allowed to exceed 25m, and empty roof operation is strictly prohibited.

Before loading the tunnel mucking machine into the chute, the large (coal) gangue must be smashed and loaded into the chute.

It is strictly forbidden to hang the guide wheel of the bucket rake machine on the bracket to get out of the waste. When turning the waste, it is strictly forbidden to have anyone between the bucket rake machine and the guide wheel.

The construction team’s follow-up team and the squad leader’s gas safety supervisor must earnestly strengthen the observation of the working surface of the rock mucking loader. When it is found that there is a danger of coal (rock) or gas outburst, the rock mucking loader must be immediately stopped and reported to the mine. After inspection by relevant departments, it is determined whether to continue to use.
