The structure of bucket loader is composed of walking mechanism, working mechanism (bucket and bucket handle), rotary mechanism (rotary seat), lifting mechanism and electrical part installed in left control box. All the mechanisms and devices of the loader are mounted on the rotary seat.
When the bucket loader works, it first hangs on the mine truck, such as lowering the bucket at 1-1.5m away from the rock heap, starting the walking motor, controlling the walking mechanism to move forward, using the impulse of the machine, inserting the bucket into the rock heap, and then starting the lifting motor, so that the bucket side is inserted into the rock heap and lifted until the bucket is filled. Manipulate the walking motor (or walking mechanism) to run in reverse, and the machine retreats to the rock pile 1-1.5m to stop. At this time, continue to lift the bucket, so that the bucket handle 3 rolls along the guide rail on both sides of the rotary seat 4 until the bucket is tipped to the end of the bucket loader to collide with the buffer spring, so that the rock in the bucket is thrown out inertially and loaded into the mine car behind the bucket loader. At the same time, when the lifting motor is closed, the bucket returns to its original lowest position relying on the self-weight and the reaction of the recoil spring.
