NOTICE:
1. Enter the working face, first check whether the ventilation is good at the working site, and deal with the roof of the roadway and pumice on both sides of the loader working site.
2. Before operating the rock mucking loading machine, check whether the mechanical and electrical parts (including grounding wires) are in good condition, whether they are loose, run empty cars, and confirm that the parts are flexible and reliable to start and work, whistle and decelerate when turning.
3. Before starting the rock mucking loading machine, first clean up the blasting block paste, confirm the barrier-free before starting the rock loader.
4. Before starting, we should first observe whether there are people around us; during operation, people should not be near the transporter in order to avoid crushing others.
5. In the working roadway of mucking machine , the height of loading point should be higher than the maximum size of bucket 600 mm.
6. The lights, gates and bells of the rock mucking loading machine are in good condition. No grounding wires are allowed. Power outages and parking on ramps are avoided.
7. If it is found that the rear wheel is overturned or the fuselage is inclined, the shovel weight should be reduced or the shovel condition should be changed immediately.
8. When the driver of rock mucking loading machine leaves the seat of mucking machine, he must stop, cut off the power and pull out the key to carry it with him.
