Rock Mucking Loader‘s shovel and materials loading and unloading operations, is working through its exercise device to achieve. Working devices of Mucking Loading Machine are: bucket 1 ,connecting rod 2, swing arm 3, rocker arm 4, bucket cylinder 5 and lift cylinder 6, etc. Entire work units hinged frame 7. Bucket articulated to Mucking Machine bucket cylinder through connecting rod and rocker arm , used for loading and unloading materials. Movable arms articulated to frame and lift arm cylinder to promote and demote hing lift bucket. The turn of bucket and the promotion and demotion of swing arm are manipulated by hydraulic .
Work device should guarantee when Mucking Loading Machine is in working process: when bucket cylinder locking, and lift cylinder lifting or landing , linkage units make bucket upper and lower translational or close to translational, so as not to make shovel bucket tilt and scattered material; When swing arm in any location, and shovel bucket around moving arm hinge points turned for unloading material , shovel bucket tilt angle not less than 45 °, after unloading material and moving arm declined can makes shovel bucket automatically put flat.
