Several Problems Needing Attention in the Moving Work of Rock Mucking Loader

Rock Mucking Loader is a very important large-scale equipment in soil and water engineering. It is naturally very important to move the rock loader in the construction site. Now I will share with you the problems that should be paid attention to when mucking loading machine moves.

1. Before moving the rock loader, first clean up the gangue on the loading side and on the track, connect the rail well, then lift the machine mouth and fasten the lifting hook.

2. When the Mucking Machine moves in the inclined lane, it first connects the rock loader with the skip (mine truck) with the wire rope sleeve or the pin of the mine truck, so that the wire rope of the winch is in a state of panic, then loosens the fixed installation, and then moves the rock loader with the lifting winch.

3. Moving the rock loader in the roadway can loosen the fixed installation and use the winch wire rope on the rock loader to move.

4. When the rock loader moves, no one should be in front of it, and attention should be paid to clearing the floating ballast on the track.
