1. The training and repair work of rock mucking loader must strictly implement the legal quality standards for the training and repair of mucking loading machine when it leaves the factory. Inspection, disassembly and repair must be carried out according to the operation scale of training.

2. When opening reducers and drums requiring repairs, strict dust-proof and cover-up measures should be adopted to guard against falling into coal, gangue, sundries and water. When disassembling and assembling parts, attention should be paid to keeping the parts well, and it is forbidden to throw them away and drop them into the mucking loading machine.

3. Attention must be paid to protecting the explosion-proof surface of the facilities from loss in the maintenance work. For gears and bearings that need to be repaired or replaced, components of the same specifications and types must be selected.

4. The training of electrical system must conform to the provisions of Coal Mine Safety Regulations and other related electrical facilities.

5. When vacuum contactor is used, it is necessary to check whether resistance-capacitance protection is invalid or not and the same three steps every month so as to avoid burning down the motor. Vaseline oil should be coated on all explosion-proof surfaces and all explosion-proof press boxes before mechanical downhole operation and repair.

Daily training: daily training.
Regular training: weekly or monthly training.
Mid-term training: half a year.
