When we are driving a motor vehicle, there are some warning buttons on it. These are reminders to the driver. In the operation of the rock loader, there is also such a mark. In order to make them work at work, we must first check whether these marks are in the correct way before working.
1. The rocking machine must be exempted from “parking brake” before driving.
2. Stop the rock loader from walking with the arm, otherwise it may show a rollover;
3. Stop the steering gear as a hand when stopping the vehicle;
4. When the rock loader is going downhill, the bucket must face the downhill direction;
5. When the rock loader is running, all unrelated personnel should be away from the forklift.
6. Stop the mixing of hydraulic oils of different types and different manufacturers; stop the mixing of new and old oils when changing oil. If the equipment is improperly used due to refueling or lack of oil, the equipment is damaged in the early stage and is lost by the user.
Often when we use the rock loader, many subtle places are simply ignored by us, but how can we be so careless about our safety, so one more review is a consideration for our safety.
