Last week we shared some reasons why the electric rock loader was off track. Today we will discuss how to deal with the de-orbiting of the electric loader.
1. Pay attention to the regular sweeping of the tunnel mucking machine.
2. The electric mucking rock loader must be slow to start when turning.
3, the requirements of the track rail conform to the specifications, the gauge error does not exceed 10-20mm, the spikes are nailed, the rocker joints and the rail body remain straight and not skewed.
4. Don't overdo it when loading rock, especially when installing rock on both sides, strictly control the smoothness and slowness, so as to avoid excessive side force of the rock loader.
Before such a situation occurs, we must first carefully reduce the output of the electric loader before we can process it according to the results of the inspection, so that our equipment can be effectively processed.
