The operation of the mucking loading machine is different in the level lane and the inclined lane. Whether it is the level lane or the inclined lane, the ultimate goal is to work through the correct operation mode. The movement and installation of the mucking loading machine in the inclined lane is different from the operation in the level lane. Although it is only a word short, we can't mix it up. Today, let's talk about the mobile installation on the mountain.
(1) In order to prevent the unloading chute from prying down, the mine car (empty car) shall be placed below and connected with the trolley connecting device firmly.
(2) Before mucking loading machine moving, two boreholes with a depth of 650-800mm shall be drilled on both sides of the center line of the Qitou roadway about 450mm away from the bottom plate 1.6-1.8m. Fixed wedges shall be installed, 18.5mm diameter rope buckles and tail wheels with sufficient strength shall be hung, and then the main lifting rope shall be passed to the scraper, and then the long rope buckles with a straight diameter of 18.5mm shall be connected with the trolley main and rope firmly.
(3) Tighten the main lifting rope, remove the rope stabilizing device of the machine, remove the lower rail clamp and the upper rail clamp, and then start the lifting winch and move the machine after checking that everything is secure.
(4) When moving the tunnel mucking machine, no one is allowed to stay at the front and back. When moving, the signal must be used to contact the winch driver, and the winch shall be driven strictly according to the signal, and the winch shall be pulled slowly.
(5) After the completion of the movement, the scraper must be fixed on the track, and the first operation in the inclined lane must be followed. After it is fixed firmly, remove the lifting traction connection device, hang the main and tail ropes, and then it can operate normally.
