After the Tunnel Mucking Machine is checked and confirmed to be in good condition, open the empty car to check the following conditions:
1. Whether the operation buttons are flexible and reliable.
2. Check whether the driving systems of the tunnel mucking machine such as forward, backward, lifting, lowering and turning are normal.
3. Whether the remote emergency stop button is sensitive and reliable.
Check whether the track and its distance from the two sides meet the operation requirements of the tunnel mucking machine. When the distance between the operation box and the side is less than 0.8m, the safety distance between the working height limit of the rock loader and the top of the roadway is less than 0.2m, and there are other obstacles around, it is not allowed to start the machine.
The tunnel mucking machine operation shall be carried out in the following order:
1. Inspection and preparation; air turbine test run; rock loading after startup; shutdown.
2. Before starting the machine, inform the surrounding personnel to withdraw to a safe place outside the scope of mechanical activities, and send the start-up signal. Do not start with load.
3. When starting the machine, pay attention to the attached cables to prevent crushing or crushing.
4. Before rock installation, the cable shall be hung on the cable hook or special person shall be assigned to pull the cable. The driver shall stand on the pedal to operate. At the same time, it is necessary to spray water and wash the top wall on the gangue or coal pile.
5. During rock loading, the road shall be cleared before rock loading, and rock loading shall be carried out after the bucket lands. Move forward, lift, back, turn and other actions shall be carried out continuously. After the bucket is lifted, the power supply shall be cut off timely according to the loading degree to break the chain or spring of the anti-collision head.
6. In case of large gangue, it is not allowed to shovel hard, but to load after being broken manually. It is not allowed to use the bucket of rock loader to smash large gangue.
7. When the rock loader is blocked in advance, it is not allowed to advance hard, and it should be withdrawn before entering.
8. The bucket shall not be overfilled, and the bucket shall be pushed and lifted slowly and evenly. The safety distance between the bucket and the top of the roadway shall be paid attention to at any time when the bucket is buckled by the electric rock loader, and the bucket shall not be too fierce.
9. When the rock loader is used as the brake top of scaffold shed, the bucket shall be landed, the power shall be cut off, and the fixed pin of bucket chain shall be pulled out. It is forbidden to lift the shed beam with a bucket.
