The lubrication of muck loading machine is not only related to the normal operation of the machine, but also directly affects the service life of the machine. Timely and sufficient lubrication is of great significance to the safe operation and extended service life of the equipment.
The material of lubricating oil shall meet the requirements and shall not be mixed with dust, dirt, iron pin, water and other impurities. Therefore, replace and replenish the lubricating oil in time.
When the muck loading machine is in normal use, the lubricating oil shall be checked and supplemented frequently. Generally, grease shall be added to each rope wheel bearing once a month; the industrial gear oil shall be added to the rock loader once every February; the planetary gear transmission part in the two rollers has been lubricated before leaving the factory, and the new machine does not need to be oiled, but after half a month of use, add 1 to the planetary gear transmission part according to the use conditions 1Kg industrial gear oil once.
When the new or overhauled muck loading machine leaves the factory, there is no oil in the reducer, so before use, it is necessary to remember to add industrial gear oil to the reducer before use.
