Claw rock mucking loading machine is also called "crab claw rock mucking loader machine". Loader with working claw as working mechanism. After the shovel board is inserted into the material pile, it is used by a claw-type working mechanism that performs plane motion on the shovel board to pick up the material and unload it through its own transfer mechanism. It is mainly used to load bursting coal or rock during tunneling and can be continuously loaded. Its loading capacity is generally 35 ～ 200m3 / h. There are two types of paw loaders: electric and electric-hydraulic.
(1) Always keep the rock mucking machine clean, and clean the exposed parts of the rock loader after work, especially to remove dust and debris from moving parts.
(2) Frequently check whether all parts of the rock mucking loader are loose, damaged, and malfunctioning. The ceramsite production line should deal with problems when found.
(3) Check the circuit and oil circuit frequently, find that the contacts are not working, the grounding is unreliable, the electrical appliances and wires are damaged, the oil pipes are loose or leaking, the oil in the fuel tank is insufficient, and the hydraulic pressure of the sand and stone production line is too low.
(4) Always pay attention to the lubrication of the machine, and fill the oiling points with oil according to the instructions of the rock loader.
