10、 In case of thunderstorm on the way, it is not allowed to stop at the place where electric poles, trees, high-voltage lines, towers and other places are prone to lightning strike and sparks.
11、 In case of accidents during transportation, rescue shall be organized immediately and reported to relevant departments without concealment. And be responsible for the maintenance of the site and truthfully report the accident.
