When hoisting and moving the machine, you must pay attention to safety, otherwise the staff will be regrettable if it is in danger s damage. So when moving the car, you need to pay attention to:
1. It is forbidden to work or stay under the rock mucking loader while moving the rock loading machine.
2. A full-time signalman should be set up to contact the winch driver when moving.
3. Before moving the rock mucking loader, the relevant personnel should conduct an inspection of the wire rope, connection device, signal, track laying quality, etc., and find that it should be handled in time.
4. After the rock loader is moved to the predetermined position, the rail clamp and auxiliary reinforcement equipment must be fixed before loosening the winch wire rope.
5. After the small winch tows the car, it is allowed to remove the rail clamp.
When moving the tunnel mucking machine, all workers must bring relevant safety protection tools, strictly observe the above requirements, pay more attention to the surrounding environment, thereby improving work safety and avoiding dangers in the process of moving the mechanical equipment.
