(6) The guide rope roll is complete, flexible to rotate, and the wear depth does not exceed 2/3 of the wall thickness of the guide rope roll;
(7) No cracks, no tooth loss, and tooth length wear does not exceed 50%;
(8) The number of broken wires per twist of steel wire rope does not exceed 25%;
(9) The steel wire rope and the harrow are fixed firmly, and the guide groove is not worn during the work;
(10) The material guide groove can be raised and lowered flexibly, and the side plates and connecting pins are complete;
(11) No serious deformation and abrasion of the guide groove, and no leakage;
(12) Support pole telescopic mucking loading machine, reliable support;
(13) The protective fence is complete;
(14) No damage to the guide rope wheel, flexible rotation, reliable fixing, and no shaking;
(15) There are mucking loading machine reliable devices to prevent the wire rope from coming out of the groove.
