NOTICE:
There are two main types of leaks in the hydraulic system of the rock mucking loader:
(1) Leakage of the seal at a fixed part (ie, the static joint surface, such as the joint between the cylinder head and the cylinder tube);
(2)Leakage of the rock mucking loader seal at the sliding part (that is, the dynamic joint surface, such as between the hydraulic cylinder piston and the inner wall of the cylinder barrel, the piston rod and the cylinder head guide sleeve) can also be divided into internal leakage and external leakage. Internal leakage mainly occurs in the internal flow of hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps (hydraulic motors) and hydraulic cylinders from high pressure chamber to low pressure chamber;
Rock mucking loader external leakage mainly occurs outside the hydraulic lines, hydraulic valves, hydraulic cylinders, and hydraulic pumps (hydraulic motors) of the hydraulic system, that is, to the outside of parts. Specific manifestations are oil leakage caused by pipe joints, seals, component joints, housings and the system itself.
