Trolley: It consists of frame, wheel pair, and bumper number. It is the frame and walking part of the tunnel mucking machine, which bears the entire weight of the rock loader. The trolley is equipped with a winch, a governing mechanism, a pneumatic system, and a bracket and a pillar supporting the middle slot. The trolley is equipped with four sets of rail clamps at the front and rear of the trolley, which are used to fix the machine when rock is installed on a flat road.
Guide wheel and supporting wheel: It is installed in the middle and end of the tunnel rock mucking loader machine to guide and change the direction of the wire rope. It consists of side plates, sheaves, mandrels, rolling bearings and other parts, and adopts a dust-proof structure to extend its life.
The feed material, middle tank, (middle indirect tank), and unloading tank are parts of the vermiculite picked by the rake bucket. The unloading port is unloaded to the mine car or bucket. The intermediate tank is installed on the trolley, and the feeding tank, (middle indirect tank) and unloading tank are connected to the front and back respectively.
The middle part of the rock mucking machine feeding trough is equipped with a lifting installation to adjust the upper and lower positions of the dustpan. The baffle is equipped with baffles on both sides in front of it to guide the bucket into the trough. The middle groove has two arc-shaped bends. For consideration of wear and easy replacement, the bend is equipped with a detachable wear-resistant arc plate. The end of the unloading groove has a spring bumper. When the mine truck and the rake bucket want to bump, they play a buffer role.
