Because the tunnel mucking machine is a special vehicle, the operator shall receive the training and leadership from the manufacturer, have a sufficient understanding of the structure and function of the mucking machine, and obtain necessary operation and maintenance experience before operating the mucking machine. The manufacturer's product use and protection instructions are the necessary materials for the operator to operate the rock mucking loader. Before opening the rock mucking loader, it is necessary to browse the instructions of the rock mucking loader and operate and maintain it according to the requirements of the instructions.
Pay attention to the working load during the running in period. Generally, the working load during the running in period shall not exceed 80% of the rated working load, and appropriate workload shall be arranged to prevent overheating caused by high load of the mucking machine.
Check all instruments at any time, if there is any abnormality, stop the tunnel mucking machine in time to eliminate it, and finish the operation before the cause is not found and the fault is not eliminated.
Regularly check the level and quality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water), and pay attention to the tightness of the whole rock mucking loader. The lack of oil and water should be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubricating point should be strengthened. It is suggested that each shift should add grease to the lubricating point during the running in period.
Keep the equipment clean, adjust and fasten the loose parts in time, so as to prevent the wear of the parts or the loss of the parts caused by the looseness.
After the running in period, maintain the rock mucking machine and pay attention to the replacement of oil filter element.
