NOTICE:
1. Before rock mucking loader start-up, the tunnel mucking machine shall be comprehensively inspected and can be operated only after it is confirmed to be in good condition.
2. After the tunnel mucking machine inspection, install the handle and make the two rollers in a relaxed state.
3. After receiving the start-up signal, close the switch and start the motor.
4. Tighten the control handle of the air travel drum, pull the scraper to the working face and stop, then tighten the control handle of the mucking machine working drum, pull the scraper to load rock, repeat the operation handle, and then load rock continuously.
5. When one drum is braked tightly, the other drum shall be loosened. Do not brake the two drums at the same time, otherwise the equipment will be damaged or the scraper will fly and hurt people.
6. At the end of the rock mucking loader work, the two handlebars shall be placed at the release position, the power shall be cut off, and the handlebars shall be removed and placed on the vehicle.
