After the power line is connected, pay attention to the rotation direction of the drum. When rock mucking loading machine working, from the side of the reducer, the drum rotates anticlockwise; when the two rollers move in reverse, the one in operation shall prevail.
Regularly check whether the rock mucking loader brake and auxiliary brake are properly tightened, whether the winch rotates flexibly and whether the work is reliable. If the internal gear cannot be reported or disengaged, the brake belt shall be adjusted to make it suitable.
Frequently check the rock mucking loader wear of steel wire rope, and replace it in time when it meets the replacement requirements.
Always pay attention to whether the mucking machine steel wire rope joint is firm and reliable to prevent pulling off.
Check and maintain the mucking machine wear degree of each rope pulley every month
