At the same time, there will be various problems in the use of the rock loader. Let's talk about the various "symptoms" that often occur in the motor of the mucking machine:
Detect the rock mucking loader temperature around the mold motor with the back of the hand. When the bearing is in good condition, the temperature at both ends will generally be lower than the temperature of the middle winding section. If the temperature at both ends of the bearing is high, check the bearing based on the measured sound of the bearing. If the overall temperature of the motor is too high, it is necessary to check the load, mucking machine and ventilation of the motor based on the working current and deal with it accordingly.

According to the different insulation grades of the insulating materials used in the motor, the limit temperature of the winding insulation can be determined for a long time when the motor is running, or the allowable temperature rise of the motor (the actual temperature of the motor minus the ambient temperature).
There are differences in insulation class standards in different countries, but they are basically divided into: Y, A, E, B, F, H, C these levels, of which Y class allows the lowest temperature rise (45°C), while C class allows The highest temperature rise (above 135°C). Considering the bearing oil and other materials, the temperature measured by the thermometer attached to the rock mucking loader electric motor should be controlled below 85℃.
