NOTICE:
The following regulations must be observed when moving the position of the rock mucking loading machine:
1) It is forbidden to use the mucking loading machines own winch to move the bucket rake machine. Use human trolleys in the alleys, and use the winch to move the bucket rake machines on slopes.
2) When manually moving the mucking loading machine, follow the provisions of Article 362 of the "Safety Regulations for Coal Mines". Manpower carts are only allowed in flat lanes, and carts on both sides are strictly prohibited.
3) When the winch pulls the rock mucking loader, the connecting device must be safe and reliable, and strictly abide by the relevant regulations of the winch hoisting. The handling of the lower road rake machine shall be carried out in accordance with the "Safety Measures for Handling Lower Road Vehicles".
2. The distance between the rock mucking loader and the moraine head is not allowed to exceed 25m, and empty roof operation is strictly prohibited.
3. Before loading the rock mucking loading machine into the chute, the large (coal) gangue must be smashed and loaded into the chute.
4.It is strictly forbidden to hang the guide wheel of the mucking loading machine on the bracket to get out of the waste. When turning the waste, it is strictly forbidden to have anyone between the bucket rake machine and the guide wheel.
5.The construction team’s follow-up team and squad leader’s gas safety supervisor must earnestly strengthen the observation of the working surface of the mucking machine. When it is found that there is a danger of coal (rock) or gas outburst, the bucket rake machine must be immediately stopped and reported to the mine. After inspection by relevant departments, it is determined whether to continue to use.
