Pay attention to the details when repairing the rock mucking loading machine, and don't miss the big one. Cause irreversible losses.
1. Rework the mucking loading machine rocker arm. Sprockets, raceways, hunger, pivot shafts, wheels, etc.
2. Check the rock mucking loading machine canceller. Check the insulation function of the motor, replace the coil if necessary, and dry the motor.
3. Clean the bearings of the reducer. The wear and tear of the rotating mechanism, lubricator, bearing, bushing, connecting rod, and traveling transmission chain, etc., can be replaced if necessary, and the lubricant should be replaced.
4. Check or replace buckets, cylinders, air motors, etc., and replace various cushion rubber pads.
1. Check whether the wheels and sheaves are complete, whether rolling is active, and check to refuel.
2. Check whether each mucking machine drive shaft is corroded, and refuel to make it rolling. The joints and anti-dropping devices are complete and complete, and they shall be replaced if damaged.
3. Check whether the brake band and each connection control device are worn out of limit, whether the action is active, and replace it if necessary.
4. Check the abrasion condition of the gland and cover, and repair or replace the parts where the abrasion exceeds the limit.
5. Check the trolley of the mucking loading machine for deformation and cracks, and be alert to the parts that need to be repaired.
