Z series coal mining slurry Rock Mucking Loader is designed as light, compact, flexible, easy to operate and stable underground mining operation equipment. Safety Operating Regulations for Electric Rock Mucking Loader
1.Before operation, the driver must carefully check the connection of each part of the machine and the connection of electrical equipment, observe the blasting situation of the roadway, check whether the track gauge is correct, whether the length of the laying is enough, and be sure that there is no problem before operation.

2.When loading rock, the distance between rock loader and roadway side wall should be more than 300 mm on the driver's control side. Otherwise, no operation is allowed to avoid crushing the driver.

3. No one is allowed to move close to the scoop.

4. When inspecting, oiling and repairing the Rock Mucking Loader, all parts of the rock loader must be in a stable state beforehand. It is strictly forbidden to inject oil or clean up the rock dust when the machine is working.

5. It is forbidden to do any work under the bucket when the bucket is raised only by the traction of the chain.

6. Without the cooperation of electricians, drivers may not dismantle or repair electrical equipment by themselves.

7. No two persons may operate a Rock Mucking Loader at the same time.

8. Drivers of non-rock loaders shall not press the control button of Rock Mucking Loader until they have obtained the driver's consent.

9. When the driver leaves the Rock Mucking Loader, he must cut off the power supply and notify the people around the machine in advance when power is supplied.

10. Before firing, the Rock Mucking Loader must retreat to a safe distance.
