NOTICE:
1. Remove the dirt and oil on the surface of the Rock Loader parts, and the tracked part should be flushed in time.
2. Check whether the fasteners of the fuselage are loose, and tighten the loose parts.
3. Check whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient and whether there is leakage, find out the reason and replenish in time. Note: When checking the leakage of hydraulic pipeline, wait until the working device is lowered to the ground, shut down the electric motor, and the pressure in the system is released before carrying out the repair work of hydraulic pipeline.
4. Check the electric control box and electric lines for any abnormality or breakage.
5. Check whether the slewing device of Rock Loader is flexible
6. Check whether the hydraulic cylinder is free to expand and contract, whether the cylinder has scratches, oil pipe, joints have no leakage. If there is, the cause should be identified in a timely manner, and excluded!
7. Check whether the pin parts are flexible, in the oil cups, pin parts with lubricating oil.
8. At the end of a day's work, Rock Loader part should be checked, cleaned and maintained as necessary.
