NOTICE:

1. Pre-operation Inspection
Inspect equipment condition: Check that key components such as the bucket, rake teeth, tracks or tires, and steel cables (if a rake-type machine) are in good condition, and ensure that no bolts are loose.
Inspect electrical and hydraulic systems: Ensure that cables are free of damage, connections are free of oil leaks, and hydraulic fluid levels are normal to prevent electrical leakage or hydraulic failures.
Inspect the work environment: Confirm that the roof and walls of the tunnel are stable, that ventilation is adequate, and remove loose rocks and obstacles.
2. Requirements During Operation
Keep personnel away: When the Mucking Machine is in operation, no one is allowed within the working range of the bucket or rake bucket to prevent crushing injuries or injuries from flying rocks.
Smooth Operation: Loading should be performed slowly and evenly; avoid abruptly scooping large rock pieces to prevent equipment damage from overloading or tipping over.
Watch Your Path: When reversing or turning, check behind for cables, mine cars, or personnel to avoid crushing cables or causing collisions.
Proper Loading: Do not overfill mine cars when loading rock to prevent falling rock from damaging tracks or injuring pedestrians.
3. Post-Operation Maintenance
Clean the Equipment: Promptly remove debris from the bucket, chains, and tracks to prevent jamming and rust.
Park in a Safe Location: Park the Mucking Machine in a dry, level area protected from rain. Disconnect the power supply and apply reliable brakes or block the wheels.
Regular Maintenance: Apply grease and replace wear parts (such as bucket teeth and rake teeth) as specified in the manual, and inspect the braking and steering systems.
4. Special Safety Warnings
Never Perform Maintenance While Powered: Before servicing electrical or hydraulic systems, power must be disconnected and warning signs posted.
Preventing Gas or Dust Explosions: In gas-prone environments such as coal mines, explosion-proof rock loaders must be used, and dust suppression systems must be kept in effective working order.
Operator Training: Only personnel who have undergone professional training and obtained the necessary qualifications may operate the Mucking Machine.
Adhering to the above precautions can significantly reduce the risk of accidents and extend the service life of the equipment.
