NOTICE:
I. General Requirements
Mucking machine drivers must have a certain cultural quality and a high sense of responsibility, must love their own work, through professional and systematic training, to obtain operating permits to drive.
2.Drivers should study hard, study business about rock mucking loading machine, master the main technical parameters and structural characteristics of the machine, and strive to improve the level of operation.
3. Carefully implement the handover system and fill in the work diary. The successor driver should carefully check the working condition of the machine and parts.
4.Mucking loading machine should be kept clean and tidy. No debris and other debris should be left between the running parts. Drivers should clean (flush) the machines every shift.
5.There are 2 loader drivers. One person operates the machine and one person looks after the cooperation of cable or transporting equipment.
6. Driving by non-drivers is strictly prohibited. Machines are not allowed to run with unrelated personnel when they are running.
7. Pay attention to safety. No station personnel or any equipment or tools are allowed to be placed within the scope of mucking loading machine operation.
8.The unloading distance of mucking machines should generally be controlled within 6 m in order to reduce the wear and tear of walking parts such as crawlers. Note: The longer the unloading distance, the shorter the service life of the machine, and the lower the loading efficiency.
9. Unauthorized drivers are not allowed to modify, add, loosen or dismantle the spare parts of mucking machine safety facilities in order to avoid affecting the safety performance of the whole machine.
10.It is strictly forbidden to carry and lift objects that exceed the machine load.
11.When handling loads whose gravity center is uncertain, the operating machine must be very careful. Many tests should be carried out to locate the gravity center before shipment.
12 It is strictly forbidden to work beyond the gradient. Slow and careful when going up and down the gradient.
