NOTICE:
1. Voltage Check: Mucking machine is powered by motor and 660V or 1140V power supply can be used. When using 1140V voltage (motor Y connection), the power cable should not be less than 25mm2, 660V (motor triangular connection) should not be less than 35mm2. When mucking machine operates under rated working conditions, the voltage variation measured at the inlet side of explosion-proof switch box should be within the rated value (+10%).
2. Cable Inspection: Check the reliability of cable suspension before starting. When the mucking machine is working, the cable should always remain relaxed and sagging. Cables should not withstand additional tension. Cables can be suspended or manually pulled by cable suspension devices with random belts. It can be tied at one end to the outer skin of the cable and at the other end to a wooden handle for easy grip. Cables shall not be dragged or frictioned on the road surface.
3. Motor inspection: test motor steering: starting from the rear of the motor, the motor fan should rotate clockwise. When the direction is opposite, the work of rock loader should be stopped immediately and the position of reversing line should be changed to steering.
4. Inspection of the whole machine: Inspection of the whole machine parts without damage, abnormal noise, whether the hose is fixed reliably, whether the hose skin is squeezed by friction with the rack, bucket, bucket arm, cylinder and other parts.
5. Crawler inspection: check the tension of two crawlers of rock loader. The caterpillar sag between support sprocket and guide wheel (or drive sprocket) ranges from 15 mm to 30 mm.
6. Brake Inspection: Testing brake performance on flat ground, finding problems and adjusting them in time.
7. Leak detection: Check whether the hose joint, hydraulic component seals and oil plugs are leaking.
8. Check whether the pre-tightening force of each bolt is loose.
