NOTICE:
1. Drivers should use armrests to enter the left side of the rock mucking loader. It is strictly forbidden to pull the handle of the multi-way valve horizontally and step on the hydraulic pipe.
2. Drivers should have correct seat posture, concentrate their attention, grasp the operating handles on both sides with their left and right hands respectively, and properly keep the front and rear support equipment, personnel and cables according to different operation processes, mucking machine.
3. The driver can operate the mobile mucking machine only after confirming that no alarm bell rings on either side.
4. Before loading the mucking loading machine, the roadway within the scope of operation of the machine should be cleared, and the bucket should be leveled and pushed to remove obstacles. When there is unexploded blasting rock on the floor, the blasting method or excavation method should be used to remove it. Tracks are not allowed to cross obstacles of 20 centimeters.
5. When loading, the side unloading cylinder must be reset. The bucket angle can be adjusted by lifting the cylinder and pulling the bucket cylinder over the working mechanism.
6. When loading rocks, special monitoring cables must be provided. Personnel are five metres away from whistling machines. When problems are found, stop signals should be sent immediately.
7. After shoveling the bucket of the rock loader into a certain depth, the load coefficient of the bucket is increased and the load of the machine is reduced in time by turning the bucket in time and properly pulling the cylinder.
8. When a mucking machine encounters large scattered rocks while walking, the machine should stop and remove them. It is strictly forbidden to roll large rocks on machine tracks. When the operation is blocked, the handle should be quickly restored to the median to avoid system overflow and heat.
9. Reduce the frequency of startup and startup. Do not hold the front and rear handles to avoid pressure shocks. Start and stop the machine accurately and steadily. Generally, we strive to complete a loading and unloading cycle, one time before and after the machine.
10. We should try our best to avoid unnecessary turning and sharp turning, and avoid the problems of distortion, left-right shaking and collision of rock mucking loaders.
