1. Operating Mechanism Of The Rock Loading Machine
At present, the domestic wheel type mucking machine operating mechanism adopts direct control. First, it is laborious and easy to fatigue. Secondly, the valve stem of the multi-way valve is directly operated. The force is uneven, and the valve stem is easily worn, and the mucking machine operating handle is broken. Our company uses pilot control and adopts imported excavator operating handle. The operation is flexible and effortless. The multi-way valve is hydraulic control, and there is no uneven wear and handle breakage.
2. The Running Mechanism Of The Mucking Machine
At present, the domestic wheel type mucking loading machine adopts front and rear drive axles. These two kinds of axles are used for small four-wheels. They are not strong enough on the rock loader, and it is easy to produce broken half shaft, bridge shell cracking and steering ball joint. Breaking, steering rod breakage, etc., our company uses special axles, mucking machine bearing capacity is large, to avoid the above phenomenon. Swing suspension, other manufacturers use the oscillating frame directly welded to the axle housing, and our company uses a bolt-like oscillating frame similar to a wheeled excavator to avoid welding deformation and stress damage to the transaxle.
3. Rock Loading Mechanism Of Rock Loader
Structural parts are optimized and reinforced. The chassis is welded by channel steel and plate, and the conveyor frame is formed by flange folding. The shovel is laid with a wear-resistant steel plate, and the bucket is made of wear-resistant welding with Tatsuda. The combined teeth of the excavator are equipped with side teeth.
