NOTICE:
The operation of each cylinder of rock loader is operated by a multi-way reversing valve.
There are three handles on the multi-way reversing valve. The middle handles control two lifting cylinders. The handles pull backward, the lifting cylinder extends outward, and the bucket rises with the lifting of the bucket arm. When the handles are loosened, the handles return to zero automatically and the bucket stops at any height, the handles push forward.
The lifting cylinder of mucking machine shrinks and the bucket drops. The rock mucking loader inner handle controls the pull bucket cylinder, the handle pulls back, the pull bucket cylinder shrinks, the bucket mouth rotates towards the operator, releases the hand, the handle returns to zero, the bucket mouth stops at random, the handle pushes forward, and the bucket mouth rotates forward.
The outside handle of mucking machine controls the side unloading cylinder. The rock mucking loader handle pulls backward, the side unloading cylinder extends outwards, and the bucket turns left. When the machine leaves the factory, the bucket moves from right to left. If the user needs to turn right of the rock loader, the position of the side unloading main pin should be changed. The handle is pulled back and the bucket is reset. Multiplex valves should work lightly, smoothly and accurately. When the bucket of rock loader is in place, the handle should be loosened so that the valve can be restored to zero position and the cylinder can be extended (contracted) to the maximum (minimum) position. Release the handle in time to prevent the impact and overflow heat of the hydraulic system of rock loader.
