Inspection of motor wiring and adjustment of forward and reverse before operation of rock loader

Firstly, check the wiring of motor and control transformer of rock mucking loader.
When the voltage is 660v, the motor should adopt type wiring; when the power supply is 1140v, Y-type wiring should be adopted; and the terminal of transformer should be adjusted to 660V or 1140V position accordingly. If the power supply is 1140v, the control transformer or motor should press 660V wiring incorrectly, starting the mucking machine will cause serious damage to the equipment.

2. Check the motor steering of oil pump of rock mucking loader:
Looking forward from the rear of the motor of the oil pump, the fan should turn clockwise. When the motor of the oil pump turns opposite, it should stop immediately in order to prevent wear and tear due to the suction of the pump. Open the connection box of the motor and switch any two phases in the three-phase input of the motor, then the motor can be changed.

3. Check the rotation direction of the walking motor:
If the main switch handle is moved forward, the machine should go straight ahead. If the mucking loading machine goes straight backward, it indicates that both motors are connected inversely. If the machine goes forward, the motor on the inside of the machine turns backward to open the motor junction box and change the connection phase.

4. In the normal continuous construction of mucking loading machine, every shift should check the direction of oil pump motor; if the reverse, only the magnetic starter handlebars can be reversed to make the motor work forward.
