NOTICE:
The overhead electric rock loader is a kind of electric current which is transmitted to the overhead line by traction converter. It enters the circuit of the electric rock loader and the electric rock loader through the electrical appliances, and then returns to the converter through the track. There are 250V and 550V DC voltage of underground overhead power network in China, and 550V and 750V DC voltage in open air.
Advantages: The overhead electric rock loader has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient maintenance, large transportation capacity, high speed, high power efficiency, low transportation cost and wide application.
Disadvantages: Rectification and wire erection facilities are required, which are not flexible enough; wire erection has certain impact on roadway size and pedestrian safety; sparks are easily generated between pantograph and wire erection, which is not allowed to be used in mines with serious gas; investment in initial construction is relatively large, but in the long run, the total cost of using wire erection pneumatic rock loader is important. It is much lower than battery electric rock loader. Therefore, if the mine conditions permit, the main transportation of the mine should adopt the overhead electric rock loader.
