NOTICE:
Today, I will talk about how to operate the various rocker cylinders through the multi-way reversing valve.
The multi-way reversing valve has three handles, the middle handle controls two lifting cylinders, the handle is pulled backwards, the lifting cylinder is extended, and the bucket is raised with the lifting of the bucket arm;
Release the handle, the handle automatically resets the position, the bucket stops at the random height, pushes the handle forward, the lift cylinder contracts, and the bucket descends. The inner handle controls the pull cylinder, the handle is pulled backwards, the bucket cylinder is contracted, the bucket mouth is rotated in the direction of the operator, the handle is released, the handle is reset to zero position, and the bucket is stopped at an arbitrary angle.
The handle is pushed forward and the bucket opening is rotated in the forward direction. The outer handle controls the side unloading cylinder, the handle is pulled back, the side unloading cylinder is extended, and the bucket is turned to the left. (When the machine is shipped from the factory, the bucket moves to the left to be positive. If the user needs to turn right, the position of the side unloading pin should be changed). The handle is pulled back and the bucket is reset.
The multi-way valve operation should be light, steady and accurate. When the bucket is in place, release the handle to make the valve return to zero position. When the cylinder is extended (contracted) to the maximum (minimum) position, the handle should be released in time to prevent impact. And the hydraulic system overflows with heat.
