The screw direction design of the sealing sleeve and the taper sleeve is unreasonable, and the screw of the sealing sleeve and the taper sleeve at the pulley end and the flywheel end are all right-handed.
When the rock mucking loader is running, the shaft rotates counterclockwise at the flywheel end. When the shaft drives the taper sleeve to rotate counterclockwise, the sealing sleeve has a clockwise rotation torque due to the inertial force. Because the threads of the sealing sleeve at the flywheel end and the pulley end are both right-handed, the two sealing sleeves tend to move towards the pulley.
When the sealing sleeve at the pulley end moves towards the pulley, it will tighten the pulley, and in turn tighten the taper sleeve at that end firmly on the shaft, so the taper sleeve at the pulley end has not been loosened. When the sealing sleeve at the flywheel end moves towards the pulley, it will leave the flywheel end face, so that the taper sleeve loses the role of tightening force on the shaft, and it is easy to loosen and wear.
