NOTICE:
In the last article, we introduced a little knowledge about the bearing problems of the rock loading machine, the sealing sleeve and the taper thread rotation. Today we continue to look at other bearing problems.
Bending or fracture: the rock loading machine is prone to overturn during the hoisting process of the main machine, so that the single side of the shaft is forced to bend. If the shaft is not properly heat treated and the stress is concentrated, it is easy to cause short-term fracture.
Serious wear: The rock loading machine with sliding bearing is prone to shaft wear. The journal and eccentric section journal are seriously worn. Excessive bending and fatigue fracture of the axis will cause shaft wear.
The contact area between the taper sleeve and the shaft mating surface is not enough. According to the design, the contact area should account for 80% of the mating area, so as to form enough friction force to overcome the inertia force of the taper sleeve. Before, when the shaft parts were assembled, there was no good method, so the contact area was less than 80%, which made the taper sleeve loose on the shaft. Once it was loose, the outer circle of the shaft and the inner hole of the taper sleeve were worn at the same time, resulting in the flywheel end. The surface is worn, which makes the equipment unable to operate.
Bearing plays an important role in the operation of rock loading machine. Knowing these contents, we can quickly determine the cause of failure, and solve it in time, and effectively improve the efficiency of work.
