1. The use environment temperature is too high, more than 40 ℃, which makes the air inlet of rock loader too hot and difficult to dissipate heat, so cooling measures shall be taken;
2. If the cage rotor is broken or the coil joint of the wound rotor is loose, which causes the current of the maintenance network of the rock mucking loading machine to be too large and hot, the copper rotor can be welded or replaced, and the cast aluminum rotor should be replaced;
3. If the winding wiring is wrong, the star is wrongly connected into a triangle, or the triangle is wrongly connected into a star, and it will overheat the rock loader when operating under the rated load, which should be checked and corrected;
4. If the fan in the rock loading machine is damaged, installed reversely or not, it shall be installed correctly, and the damaged fan shall be repaired or replaced;
5. If the bearing is damaged or worn too much, so that the stator and rotor collide, check whether the bearing of rock loader is loose, and whether the stator and rotor are poorly assembled.
