NOTICE:
When the tunnel mucking machine stops normally after the completion of rock loading, the bucket of rock loader shall be put down; the rock loader shall be pulled out of the driving face, and a certain distance shall be kept to prevent the equipment from being damaged during blasting; press the remote operation button of rock loader, cut off the power supply of rock loader and shut down.
When handling the derailment of the tunnel mucking machine, the crawler or wedge shall be used to pad the derailment before the machine is started. The track lifter and Jack can also be used for the derailment. It is not allowed to use the bucket to force the rock loader to derail. The machine shall be shut down in case of the following conditions:
1. When the random cable is damaged or squeezed.
2. When there is abnormal noise at the lifting, lowering, turning and other parts of the rock loader.
3. When falling off the road, when passing in front and on both sides.
4. When the light of rock loader is damaged and suddenly goes out.
5. When the button of operation box fails.
After the completion of the mucking loading machine, the rock loader shall be retreated to a safe distance, and the bucket shall be landed at the same time, the power supply shall be cut off and locked, and the cable shall be hung. Clean the gangue and dust on the rock loader. For the operation condition of the rock loader in this shift, as well as the failure and handling condition, it is necessary to explain clearly to the personnel taking over the shift, and fill in the operation record.
