In case of derailment under normal operation of electric mucking loading machine, we need to stop the machine and deal with it in time to ensure the machine performance of mucking loading machine and find out the problem.
Usually, when the mucking loading machine is derailed, we do the following:
1. It is required that the track laying shall conform to the specifications, the gauge error shall not exceed 10-20mm, the road nails shall be firmly nailed, and the joints of the rock loader and the rail body shall be kept straight and free of skew.
2. Pay attention to regularly sweep the rocks on the pavement.
3. When loading rock, do not use too much force, especially when loading rocks on both sides, strictly control the stability and slowness, so as to avoid too much side force on the loader.
4. When the electric mucking loading machine turns, it must be operated slowly.
