For example, when using a tunnel mucking machine, this is the case, because it is easy to ignore more important aspects when operating it. These aspects generally have the following performance:
1. The imperfection of the management system, coupled with the overload work and the risk of the working environment of the mucking machine itself, did not effectively urge.
2. The wrong operation or working hours are not carried out according to the construction specifications, and the work is not serious, etc.
3. The mucking machine did not stop spraying water to reduce dust during working hours.
4. The steel wire of the rock loader is out of limit or the service life is too long, and there are a lot of signs of rust.
5. The inspection and maintenance time is not in place, and the safety equipment is not perfect, etc.
Only when we realize the importance of these problems, can we deal with them more effectively. These problems cannot be separated from the correct operation of our usual rock loader.
