NOTICE:
In order to successfully drive the electric tunnel mucking machine, in addition to correct control, it is also necessary to make preparations before starting driving, so as to avoid unexpected accidents during the driving of the mucking loading machine.
1, knock on the top, clean up the working environment to remove the top work.
2. Before operation of the electric tunnel mucking machine, sprinkle water on the vermiculite or coal pile and wash the roof.
3. Install the fixed wedge and hang the tail wheel. 800 ~ 1000mm above the rock (coal) pile on the working face, wedge eyes, the number of eyes depends on the width of the roadway, the eye distance is about 1m, the eye depth should be 50 ~ 100mm longer than the wedge, and 5 ° ~ 10 ° downward inclination. After the wedge eye is beaten, evacuate the air drill or electric coal drill and the feng shui pipeline to the work surface. Place the wedge in the eye, insert the tight wedge, and then tap with a hammer. First hang the tail wheel in the middle wedge ring to prepare the electric rock loader to pile the central rock.
4. Check whether the guide wheels and tail wheels are suspended correctly and safely. The pulley rotates flexibly, whether the wire rope is worn and the broken wire exceeds the requirements. It is arranged neatly on the drum, and the brake belts are properly tight.
5. Check that the rail clamp is tight and reliable, and the driver's side is not less than 700mm from the lane wall.
6. Check whether the lubricating parts have proper oil quantity and there is no leakage. When there is water dripping on the electrical equipment, it should be properly covered on the ceiling.
Before driving the electric tunnel mucking machine, we must do a detailed inspection and debug the use of the rock loader, so as to improve driving safety, so that the rock loader can be driven normally by the driver. At the same time, the editor reminds everyone that after the work is finished, the rock loader must be parked in a safe area to keep it in a good standby state, so that the next work can be started normally.
