1. When storing this mucking machine, we must pay attention to adjusting the working pressure of the hydraulic system. The pressure of the hydraulic system valve of the rock loader is a two-stage control. The pressure during normal use is the overflow from the multi-way directional valve. The valve is controlled at 12MPa. The rock loading company reminds you that if all functions are used simultaneously, the 79kW motor can only withstand the system pressure of 10.8MPa. Now the set pressure is used by staggering the peak pressure points of each part. If the motor is overloaded for multiple times In the event of a thermal relay trip, please adjust the pressure back to 10.8 MPa. If you need to increase the pressure, open the booster valve. The pressure is controlled by the relief valve provided on each multi-way directional valve to 15-16 MPa.
2. The rock loading machine company recommends that you adjust the tightness of the scraper chain of the rock loading machine during storage. The scraper chain is too loose, and it is easy to break the chain or pressure plate screw when the chain scraper chain is reversed, and the scraper chain is too tight. The chain will accelerate to wear and consume more power. Note that the adjustment amount on both sides should be basically the same. After the chain sag is 10-20 mm, lock the adjustment nut. If the adjustment is not enough, the chain can be removed by two sections.
3. When we finish storage, we need to adjust the elastic track of the product in time. The elastic track is too loose, and it is easy to be off the chain.
