2. Always pay attention to whether the tightness of the brake band and auxiliary brake band is appropriate, whether the winch is sensitive to rotation, and whether the work is reliable. If you find that the internal gear cannot hold or disengage, you should adjust the conditioning bolts of the brake band Make it suitable.
3. Frequently check the wear of the wire rope, and it should be replaced in time when the wire rope is broken.
4. Grease each sheave bearing once a month, add 90 ~ 150 industrial gear oil to the winch reducer every three months, and add 90 ~ 150 industrial gear oil to the planetary gears once a month.
5. When refueling the planetary transmission locally, pay attention not to let the oil fall on the brake surface of the drum and the brake band. If there is any oil stain on the above part, wipe it clean.
6. When using mucking machine in the alley, check the oil level of the oil mist device of the pneumatic system every day. If you find that the oil level is lacking, add smooth oil in time.
7. Always pay attention to rock mucking loader whether the wire rope joint is strong and reliable to avoid pulling off.
8. Check each joint bolt for looseness and loss once a week. Tighten the loose parts and make up for the missing ones.
9. The rock mucking loader is cleared once a week.
