The function and structure of the main components of the tunnel mucking machine are as follows:
Fixed wedge of rock mucking loader: fixed on the head-on to hang the tail wheel. The fixed wedge consists of a tightening wedge and a steel wire rope collar with a taper sleeve at the wedge.
Tail wheel of rock mucking loader: it is hung on the fixed wedge to guide the tail rope and make the scraper return to the head. It is mainly composed of side plate, rope wheel, mandrel, hook and other main parts.
Raking bucket of tunnel mucking machine: it can be used to pick up rocks by reciprocating motion under the traction of main rope and tail rope. It can be used in level and inclined roadway. The rake teeth are interchangeable after wear.
Control mechanism of mucking machine: composed of two groups of control rods, pull rods, connecting rods, adjusting screws, etc. One end of the adjusting screw is connected with the drawworks brake belt, and the opening and closing of the brake belt are controlled by the control rod, and the two drums of the drawworks are respectively stopped. The operating rod can be arranged on either side of the winch.
Rock mucking loader Winch: it is composed of motor, reducer, two planetary drive rollers, two sets of brakes and auxiliary brake belt. In practice, the brake plays the role of clutch, stopping the control of two rollers respectively.
When working, brake the brake on the working drum to stop the operation of the internal gear, and the planetary gear rolls along the internal gear driven by the central wheel, so that the planetary wheel frame drives the drum to rotate and the wire rope is wound to pull the scraper, so that the scraper is unloaded from the head-on loading stone along the material groove to the discharge port.
During the return trip, release the brake of the working drum, tighten the brake of the empty drum, and pull the scraper back to the head according to the above principle.
Because the number of teeth of the gears in the two rollers is different, the rotation speed of the two rollers is also different. The effective rope speed of the empty roller is higher than that of the working roller.
In order to prevent the drum from rotating due to inertia after parking, two sets of auxiliary brakes are installed on the edge of the two drums to prevent the drum from rotating due to inertia.
