Tunnel mucking machine Daily maintenance (every day or every shift)
1. Remove the dirt and oil on the surface of the parts of the crawler backhoe loader. The mucking machine crawler parts should be washed in time.
2. Check whether the fasteners of the fuselage are loose, and tighten the loose parts
3) Check whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient and whether there is any leakage, and find out the cause in time and replenish it. Note: When checking the leakage of the hydraulic pipeline, wait until the working device has fallen to the ground, turn off the motor, and release the pressure in the system before performing maintenance work on the hydraulic pipeline.
4. Check the electric mucking machine control box and electric circuit for abnormality and damage.
5.Check if the slewing device is flexible
6. Check whether the hydraulic cylinders are retractable, whether there are scratches on the cylinders, and whether there are leakages in the oil pipes and joints. If so, the cause should be promptly identified and eliminated
7. Check whether each pin part is flexible. Add lubricating oil to each oil cup and pin part.
8. At the tunnel mucking machine end of the day work, the necessary inspection, cleaning and maintenance of the entire crawler section shall be carried out.
