NOTICE:
The belt of tunnel mucking machine is an important part of transportation. The belt of rock mucking loader not only bears the weight of stone, but also meets the hard rock layer, so it is easy to cause certain damage. The causes of belt damage are as follows:
1. During rock mucking loader ore conveying, the buffer idler of the two-layer frame and the electric roller lose its elasticity due to the unreasonable construction between the two-layer frame and the electric roller. When heavy materials are transported on the conveyor belt, the inertia force of the materials will cause serious impact on the conveyor belt, and the impact of the impact force friction will easily damage the conveyor belt. If the broken stone has sharp edges and corners, it is easy to scratch the belt and cause the belt to break.
2. Another typical form of belt breakage is belt edge wear. The belt edge wear of the tunnel mucking machine is mainly caused by the deviation of the belt during operation. If the belt deviates, the belt will form friction with the two-layer frame, and the belt edge will be roughened and cracked. Once the belt edge is worn, it is easy to be damaged and intensified, which will affect the normal function of the belt.
3. The defect of belt quality or the inadequate implementation of the maintenance and repair of the conveyor belt of the mucking machine in the use process is also one of the important reasons for the damage of the belt. When the belt is working, it will be affected by the friction for a long time, and the belt will leak out for a long time, and the quality will continue to decline under the influence of the bad tunnel environment. Thus, the rubber of the belt will harden and the belt will be aged in advance, which will affect the normal service life of the belt.
In addition, the quality and installation of the belt are particularly important. When installing the mucking machine belt, the mechanical experiment should be carried out to ensure that the tension is balanced, and the belt should be installed in place to avoid the phenomenon of deviation as much as possible.
